We are proud to announce that ISKRA has become the majority owner of Elmap, a company based in Split and one of the leading firms in the region specializing in the automation of wastewater treatment, drinking water systems, water supply networks, as well as electrical energy and infrastructure systems across various industries.
This marks ISKRA’s third major investment in Croatia, following the acquisition of the Šibenik shipyard in 2019 (now ISKRA Shipyard) and the cable manufacturer ELKA in Zagreb in 2021. Both companies, as expected, have been operating successfully and achieving excellent results.
The director and majority owner of ISKRA, Mr. Dušan Šešok, stated,
“ISKRA continues to invest in research and development of new products, as well as the introduction of new technologies and innovative solutions. The acquisition of Elmap by ISKRA aligns with our strategy to further strengthen our position in the field of wastewater and drinking water treatment technologies, where we already have a significant presence in regional markets.”
In addition to its key sectoral activities, which include the automation of wastewater and drinking water treatment facilities, as well as water supply and sewage systems, Elmap will continue to play a leading role within ISKRA in equipping and modernizing signaling, lighting, and control systems for airports and other infrastructure facilities.
