A Slovenian-Croatian consortium led by Iskra, including Hidroinženiring, Alfaplan, and Elmap, has been chosen to build a major wastewater treatment plant in Dubrovnik, encompassing 73,000 PE capacity, a 350-meter hydraulic tunnel, and an 835-meter submarine discharge, significantly expanding water infrastructure for over 78,000 residents.
