ADEX Group has acquired HUPX, establishing itself as the leading regional power trading hub for Central and South-Eastern Europe.

The CROSS-E project, backed by a €130 million investment and EU funding, will install 911 high-power EV charging points across eight European countries, enhancing cross-border connectivity and supporting the transition to zero-emission transport.

The FARCROSS project, co-financed by the EU, brought together over 30 European partners, including HSE, to optimize cross-border electricity transmission through innovative solutions, improving power flows and reducing balancing costs.
